We arrived in the US Virgin Islands a few weeks ago, and what a treat. It has quickly become my favorite Caribbean island so far. The water is turquoise and warm and beautiful. We entertained some of our friends while we were here, and it was such a wonderful time. Diving, swimming, snorkeling and hiking were all on the menu. We traveled between St Thomas and St John. The British Virgin Islands are so close but we didn’t go this time as there is a lot of stuff I have to do to get Stella an import permit, but we will definitely do it next year.
St Thomas is a popular destination for Cruise ships, sometimes 5 will be in port at once. Can you even imagine the number of people on the island? Crazy. At one of the spots near town where we anchored we would see sea planes coming in and landing right along side the sail boats.
We didn’t spend too much time near town, as we prefer to be out in more secluded areas as far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life as possible.
We did a little hiking up to The Windmill Bar and Grill in St John. Even Stella got to go.
Speaking of Stella, our sweet girl had a birthday. She turned 2!
But now its time to leave here and set out on our next journey. Today we cleared out of St John and we are now making our way to St Maarten. We passed through the British Virgin Islands. We will definitely return here.

I so love traveling with you three just like traveling with my Julie going everywhere safe travels Love Ypu ♥️♥️
